ABC Learning Receives Six Bids for U.K Assets, Herald Sun Says

June 26 (Bloomberg) -- ABC Learning Centres Ltd. received six bids for its U.K. voucher business Busy Bees Group Ltd., Britain's largest child care provider, the Herald Sun reported, without saying where it got the information.

The British unit of hotel operator Accor SA is a potential buyer of the business, which analysts valued at A$300 million ($287 million), A$50 million more than what ABC Learning paid to acquire Busy Bees in 2006, the Melbourne-based newspaper said.

NM Rothschild & Sons Ltd. is advising ABC Learning on the sale, the Herald Sun said.
