I don't think people will pull kids out of childcare, the government is helping quite a bit with the costs, and us parents have to work !..$20-$30 a week more is going to force people to quit jobs and look after the kids at home.
My wife is going back to work now, and we need MORE childcare..The forget the baby boom was about 2-3 years ago, most kids now at childcare ages, and with high interest rates a lot more mums/dads have to work..
