is it a typo where article summary says 90 days and yet the CCE announcement says 9 weeks.
Interesting as I saw 9 weeks and thought - that's odd as it in business would be 30, 60,90 days unless 9 weeks away was the next quarterly payment due.
Reason I comments is did someone sit on hands with knowledge for 3 weeks or was that the period they were negotiating although it would be pretty lame to start negotiation on day something is due or just when did CCE get told they were not getting full wack?. Just how long has the department had the intention to have not paid out full amount, was there a project audit over and above normal and if CCE were asking for special consideration - when did they ask .
The furphy about MO resignation is something post all this period.
