Exec and management fees seem a bit high? I mean decent credentials but is that needed for this kind/scale of business? I suspect more cap raises coming, hence listing to get access to it. Anything leveraged to China isn't a bad IPO pick imo, i'm holding ASX:NZK hence my interest in this too. Can bet your bottom dollar the pricing would have been done for the broker options to vest! So that should be a good thing if you're in on the IPO, had I seen this a bit earlier I would have been in
