My guess, probably facilitate (fund) VLA to run CA21 through the next set of trials (Phase 3), gain FDA-approval (one or more pivotal-trials), then perhaps 'open the doors' again for outright-acquisition (unless one of the big-players decided to offer what one perhaps would suggest is a more 'value-accretive' acquisition-price, based on further data/evidence, and/or FDA approval)...

Whether they'd 'delist' from ASX is anyone's guess, maybe, maybe not, depends on what they'd consider VLA's 'true intrinsic-value' (post FDA-approval) and how much it'd cost them to realise that outcome (does it improve overall ROI, or squeeze it down, or neutral), risk vs reward basically...

I think everybody (instos/sophs also) perhaps see the 'success potential' of VLA (based on data ro date) being significantly undervalued in multi-billion $$$ markets, in multiple 'late-stage' cancer indications...

Bit like a 'trump' card to big pharma, 'pay what it's worth now, or pay far more later' as the evidence is still stacked in VLA's favour based on the data...

As someone has alluded to previously, VLA's story isn't likely to be 'steered' by retail-investors, it'll be the major specialist 'healthcare' funds holding VLA, and perhaps Lepu Medical...

Again, we're all in a pretty good place regardless, I just think 'big-business' is a ruthless harlot for $$$, and if some the 'oligarchs' of the world think it's worth more, it probably is...

Time will tell no doubt, have patience...
