Victim is quite a commonly used term for cancer. I have no problem with it.
Perhaps a better way of putting it is that "'Victim' serves only to stigmatise and marginalise...and smacks of blame." in your head, but not in mine. If one is a victim that smacks of being blameless imo
Anyway, on another note - there must be a problem with the srx counter bid at $33.60, as the sp was down today at $29.20
