A quick look at the ratio of small trades to increased SP has been a unique feature of this stock as I have mentioned in past posts, increase SP on no news, I referred to as kinetics, where you can move something without touching it. This can only mean accumulation, not enough in it for DTs , then the price drifts back only to shoot away again, though it is now well above consolidation days and looking promising. As you say it is on the radar of some.
