The way i look at it is like this. From my sketchy memory they already stated that they were doing mods to the assets and retain longer leases. I would of thought that doing reno's to these assets would take a fair amount of time. These assets are prime real estate, the better they make them the better the price. Even if the market drops they could decide to hang on to them. Weather we sell them or not they are still worth a packet. They may even split them up and not sell all of them? who knows. Company is still the same either way. Would not invest just because they are going to sell these assets. Have to look LT here deep into the next year or two.
