I hope for the sake of your shareholders that you don't build another one.
I don't know how much you know about operating a meat works but profitability doesn't just rely on the price of boxed beef.
The income received from offal, hides and by-product like meat meal and tallow makes a huge contribution to profitability.
They would not have a market for many of these products from this single isolated plant.
