Time to take a closer look at the progress of the aac. Seems that certain strategies have already been set in place. The banks ofcourse being major beneficiariesgiven their investment in emv. The processing fees for each medicare exchange is set at 0.23c at any emv enabled atm. The fees for a standard authorisation will be set lower.
0.23c for each transaction is staggering. Not sure of the split but that is quite a fee.
