Below is a weekly chart of Australian Agricultural Company Ltd (AAC).
SP extended its rally today since a breakout above $1.55 resistance with conviction. Current area for resistance is the $1.65 - $1.70 area which it should break through over the next week due to bullish momentum. A pull-back to between $1.55 - $1.65 may be considered a buying opportunity.
MACD recently formed a bullish up-cross during early-Q2 since with an expanding +ve histogram. Histogram is at its highest level (0.04) and rising in over 5yrs. A bullish signal.
Stochastics has recently formed higher-lows since becoming near oversold during Q1. Stochastics %K is currently at 66.78 and rising which is at its highest level and rising since 3Q14 before a rally ensued. These are all bullish signals.
IMO bullish over the next 6 - 12mths. DYOR.
