Pete11 why do you believe Trumps policies will hit AAC?

USA would produce plenty of beef to service US domestic demand, and our main export markets are all ik Asia and the middle east.

Any protectionist retalitory response from Asian markets would target the offender (US), not all foreign exporters.

Unless Turnbull takes a dramatic similar shift to the extreme right (which would be economic suicide for a trade driven nation like ours) i think we'll be fine.

In fact if US beef exports punished - may even be quite beneficial to AAC and other non-US beef exporters by opening up historic US supplied customers..

I think its been caught up in an over simplistic knee jerk reaction by the market to trump worries. Should normalise and recover in coming weeks. March half results should be solid.
