Other thing that little table showed is there will be plenty of cattle on feed over there and hence plenty more beef produced!
There is lots of info about cattle on feed, Average slaughter weight etc on the net.... numbers has been pretty high cause of cheap corn at any rate.....there was some scares around with all the cold weather that carcass weights would be down cause of the colder winter than they have had for a few years
