It's a possibility. Good of you to consider options. But I'd say it's unlikely. They would have to discretionarily sell down to meet the lower price to get rid of the last of their shares at a bigger loss. What could be the urgency to do that? Today it's already back to 17.5c. Anger selling maybe? More likely it's price mannering.
