The property market has sucked all the available capital (oxygen) out of the equities market so that many of the start ups on the ASX are forced to go cap-in-hand to brokers and pay usurious fees for finance. Tawana's own experience with the terms for Tribeca's $40M facility amply display this but anyone with experience of a cap raise or other form of funding knows what I'm talking about.
