Hi UY, not sure if obtaining "commercial production" status has anything to do with the qualification. TAW declared commercial production status some time ago but I believe they were also getting the qualification before that declaration, from memory both TAW and AMAL had similiar qualifications to their accounts, thus the ASX concern.
Though perhaps some of our auditor types could chime in to better inform our viewers .
Also be interested if anyone knows the requirements of "commercial production" status, profitability doesn't appear to be one of them based on the A40/TAW accounts. Perhaps it's just that the plant is running near its expected output?
