Hi Launboo , are you sure you heard the expert correctly as seems like rubbish to me. In your 1 tonne of concentrate @ 30% you would only have 300kgs of contained TA2O5 thus you would only get paid on the contained quantity as per your expert, so it would be worth
300 * 2.204 * usd90 = usd59508

Or let's do it another way, would you get paid the same for a 20% concentrate, as your calculation of value fails to take into account how much tantalum it contains?
