Battery vehicle businesses have been bought out since the 90's so the petroleum companies can preserve their market share. Only way it really changes is when governments impose bans or incentivise the change. My opinion is EV will become the norm. How long that takes I have no idea. The big guys will do their best to make sure it only happens when they are ready. I hope they lose that battle.

I believe they are already managing their way into it quietly. Oh to be a fly on the boardroom walls. Unfortunately they hold so much money and power to manipulate and stay hidden.
