Hi Novice. I don't believe a massive departure. I have guessed prices TODAY, whereas those studies are very dated now, maybe by 3-4 years and remember us/aus dollars were at parity back then. Unfortunately there are also some costs that fall through the cracks  remember that when the quarterlies come out, it is very quick to calculate cost per ton but the final cost per ton will only look reasonable or even close to the study number at NAMEPLATE throughput so therefore in A40's case, their cost per ton might be at the designated study cost at a production rate of 155kt per annum but we know that they are still around 50% short of that figure, now.
