Burwill has been a great offtake partner and I believe they have always negotiated terms in good faith. Sometimes in business (and in life generally) things don't always go according to plan. That seems to be the case here.

MC is captaining the A40 ship through some rough seas right now, it's not surprising that he appears tired and lacks penash in that interview. I can only imagine how stressful the last 6+ months have been for him, I think we can cut him a little bit of slack for not being bursting with energy.

The merger had to happen. The benefits of the merger will become more apparent of the next couple of quarters.
