Gotta agree with your sentiment unique. fully accept that free cash may be a little tight at this time, but maybe if the company were to buy the shares back off market at a VWAP would have prevented this? With only 40 overseas holders affected couldn't imagine the outlay would have been huge and would of helped out the current holders too with a reduction in SOI albeit marginal.
