Ruminate on this. Currently a2 has $186m share in Synlait, had 150million cash at the end of 2018 after the Synlait buy, and this year will generate about 304 million net earnings. This means the stock has a net backing of 86cents. Multiply by conservative growth PE of 24 what do you get $20 per share. Even if we take 15 NTAB is 12.90 and then you have to add for growth of at least 50cents a share.
I did say 50% and I did say 600 although I thought it would be slightly higher. Wow- lots of reratings and up we go.
