If he holds 1.2M options he does have truckloads of risk free upside exposure to A2M (he effectively has $14M 'invested'). So for every 10% the stock goes up he is making $1.4M. I am surprised he would even risk $274K of his own money to get a little more upside. Obviously these senior guys knew of these long term plans and cracking sales. There was still some buying after the H1 results.
