Towards the end of last year we were gifted some pretty solid cues that all was going very well with A2M. Two executives, CEO Asia and the Chief Operations Officer, bought significant amounts of shares on market.
I am very interested in the COO, his name is Shareef Yaseen Khan. Firstly, because he didn’t have any shares to begin with and second, because it was a very strong purchase in his wife’s name.
He bought 34,283 shares for NZ$274,111 (average cost is about NZ$8/share).
Note that he does hold 1,200,000 options.

Now, I don’t see that this guy has sold any at this point in time. I’m going to keep a close eye on his transactions, if any. The investment is still modest by Executive’s standards and I feel quite confident that he will top up again if the Company is killing it. You definitely don’t want to be making errors when buying and selling for your wife.
By the same token, I believe it will be a very bad sign if this guy sells down, given he has only begun accumulating and doesn’t hold a truckload like some of the guys who have sold recently.
Just my opinion.
