I guess that is a prime example of downrampers trying to discredit the company around the cost of the maintenance done on the plant!! And what the plant is worth! Following is an excerpt in Tazzas article -

In fact, the value attributed to the refurbished Morning Star mine shaft, processing plant and administration/accommodation facilities is $11.6 million.

So effectively half the MC is just what the Plant and equipment is worth!! Seems still very low MC to me.
