I remembered an announcement earlier this year on 12th February, 2018. I am curious from what you have stated, that they need to more than this development to succeed?

I am not a miner, but your reference to 'decline', I am curious, if this is not what this suggests and they have paid attention to the previous operators, what is needed further?



Note, already underway at that time in February. From what you say more is needed? I am curious what that might be?
