id say it owes us 2c-2.5c based on infrastructure alone. so 3c i dont see as an upper but fair value for a commencing gold producer...how much gold and at what cost is the question but confirmation of posotive output should see this at a much higher MC. the price now house some doubt built in... im prepared to wait as there are lots of projects that could be the company maker.
