That's right - there is no way this will be a ten bagger! When that thread was started the share price was 0.9c (Market Cap $15M) requiring 9c to be a ten bagger. Not a chance - with a PE ratio of 10 and a market cap of $150M, AUL would have to have a profit of $15M per year. With $700 profit per oz, we would need 21,500 oz of gold (~600,000 grams of Gold!). At a grade of 10g/t that would mean we would have to process 60,000t of ore. We would need a processing plant of around 80,000t pa with an up time of 75% to achieve that! No way this will 10 bag.... oh wait we have a 80,000 tpa processing plant, now I wonder why they stopped mining back in the day - ran out of +20g/t gold material... I wonder if there is still any 10g/t ore left?
Surely there is no way this would 10 bag!?!.... sh!t I better buy some more, cause even a doubling of price from here is better than a kick in the teeth!
