    I don't know much about this other than having a stake in OXX.

    But to me it seems that the board of OIP is highly questionable in their actions for the best of OIP and its shareholders.

    they seem to be acting more in self interest and that of ESG.

    If i was a shareholder in OIP i would be after their heads.
