Dubai police take to the sky on flying motorbikes
14/11/2018
Police officers in Dubai have begun their training on flying motorcycles, which will join the country's highway patrol in 2020. The $150,000 oversized drones can carry one man and fly for forty minutes on a single charge, reaching speeds of 100 kilometres an hour. Dubai Police signed an agreement with Hoversurf in late 2017 and was gifted their first motorbike, however city officials are yet to release details on what role they will play on the road.
