In my opinion, reference Todd's previously announced intentions to delist in any complaints so that it can be shown the current 'reasons' are not the actual reasons. It was always Todds intentions and everything that transpired since was the execution of that original intent. This could be seen as a deliberate erosion of value 8n FMS in my opinion.
