If the ASX allows the delisting vote to proceed as an “ ordinary resolution” then they essentially are not allowing over 3000 minority shareholders a chance to determine the future of THEIR company.

To allow fairness for all shareholders this should be amended to a “special resolution” then requiring 75% of all votes.

As it stands if the ASX allows this delist vote to proceed in its current form then Todd only require 50.1% to delist and walk away with OUR company.
They currently own 55%, honestly where is the fairness??????????
