"Delisting definitely not in our interest "
Just a thought, if FMS gets delisted with just 50.1%, we will all be shareholders in an unlisted company, our shares could be diluted very fast, we won't have any say in what's going on, and FMS as an entity could cease to exist, many tens of millions of dollars could be wiped out, this is serious stuff, a lot of our money has been wiped out all ready.
The mine might not see the light of day, ( until the next boom) our shares may see something in the future, maybe, if we have any share value left by then, unable to get our funds back easily,
The minority FMS shareholders would be completely done over, if FMS is delisted now. If the 90% delisting applies then everyone has a chance to say "No", FMS could go into hibernation until someone with money wants to do a deal.
Everyone has to fight this now or the value of our shares most probably would go to zero. How can this be allowed. We need 90% threshold for Delisting.
this is my opinion only, it's getting to me, shouldn't be allowed
