A warning to all shareholders everywhere, page-19

With Delisting, FMS share price in free fall 

                        Why is that so, well when a Trading Halt is called while shares are trading didn't help, share value dropped 50% very quickly. The Trading Halt stopped the free fall.

                         When FMS shares go back on line, who knows what may happen. If FMS is delisted with just 50.1%, wow, who knows what will happen to the share price.

                         Can we see who will benefit greatly from all of this happening, well it certainly isn't the minority FMS shareholders. Sad isn't it, that ASX and ASIC don't appear to be on the side of "The Little Person".

                         Following comments found on line, ASIC Commissioner John Price said on Twitter recently, he says as follows..... 

                         " The Prime Trust matter highlights the need for people in business to recognise they are Custodians of other people's Money. They need to exercise reasonable care and diligence, not improperly use their position. "     

                         I think in our situation with FMS trying to be Delisted,  I see the complete opposite, what  our BOD  are doing to all of FMS minority shareholders. Management should be trying to creat value for all, instead FMS share value has crashed, and will probably go a lot further "Down" under our leadership.

                        That quote from  Mr John Price from ASIC saying " The Prime Trust matter highlights the need for people in business to recognise they are custodians of other people's money. They need to exercise reasonable care and diligence, not improperly use their position."

                        Wow, that's a chap from ASIC, what he said on Twitter. I repeated his words so whoever is reading this gets the message.  Do we think that our management thinks like that ASIC person, I doubt it.
