Yes the current price is 3.5c. The VWAP price of last 5 days trading price before buy back could be even less. Remember TIO own 1.4 billion shares. There is nothing to stop them being big sellers on those 5 days forcing the price right down (maybe to 2.5c again). The buyback price will be the LOWER of 7.5c or the VWAP. It is very unlikely to be 7.5c. This is their payback time for us minority shareholders being a thorn in their side IMHO.
