I've read the article with interest.
Yes i agree, it does look biased. However one excerpt caught my eye:
"two requisitioning shareholders, Robert Fraser and Scott Dolling — directors of broker Taylor Collison — have an interest in carrying out dilutive raisings at prices below MicroCap’s the net tangible assets." (emphasis in bold is mine)
That's not good news for the "good guys".
