So where is the dedicated focus on Micro Caps?

Yoda hearing from brokers that CGA research analysts when covering a sector, cover all stocks from micro to large laps.
So question. If large cap portfolio manager want energy analyst to research , and silmultaneosly the micro cap PM wants research, who gets priority? Who is more important Master?
Dedicated and 100% focus by any appointed CTN fund manager. must ONLY be in micro cap space. Of paramount importance. Dont want appoint fundie who say they cover the whole world. Dont care about world. Only interested in micro caps.
