Yoda has 2 questions.
1- why no announcement by CGA? If your major client (CTN) has stated that they will take away substantial part of your fum, you best inform your shareholders and the ASX. Explain how it impacts - more or less than 15%. Continous Disclosure. Breach of ASX rules? Good optics versus Bad optics? Don't treat your shareholders like mushrooms? Yoda does not recall any announcement or letter from CGA. If Yoda missed one, do tell.
2- was CGA Board aware of non- exclusivity of CTN contract. Because Yoda thinks a reasonable man would conclude from the prospectus that the contract included exclusivity. The Board signed off on the Prospectus.
Was the Board aware and signed off? Was the Board unaware and signed off? Will Board tell all now?
