me thinks whichever way the vote goes it is not the end of the game.

As a shareholder in CGA i would want them to manage all CTN funds.

As a shareholder in CTN i can see the benefit of some diversification of fund managers, i'm OK with the $27 Mill going to another manager, not so sure about 40% max, which would mean at least 3 managers.

There is definitely some niggle going on here since CTN spun out CGA, most likely CGA did not foresee a challenge to their " right" to manage all CTN funds. Persons i have spoken with in both camps definitely have a " not happy Jan " tone to their conversation.

Usually when these internal ructions happen it does not go well for shareholders.

I have sold 75% of my CGA shares today in anticipation of an escalation of niggle or CGA losing a significant percentage of their fee income. I'm holding my CTN shares for now, but it might be best to sell all CGA & CTN and let the war roll on. Plenty of other LIC's in this space.
