    Hello Amok,

    Gorgeous weather here. I don't know much about NMI. Just met Alan and his wife last week, they live here now. Mainly goes home for board meetings. Hit it off right away and having lunch with him again tomorrow. AS I learn more will contact you on NMI if anything interesting. He seems like a great guy, and savvy.

    Evidently they are almost neighbors with Majestic so he has followed IGR pretty keenly. Thinks that whole area is very prospective.
