To be honest Oracoke I would have to agree that it would appear ludicrous for Directors to buy for gain at that time given what has since transpired, but in my opinion it certainly didnt look good in the wash up of it all.

If everthing transpired as you have said, it is very sad that management let the company get into such a situation in the first place, very poor management I would have though if that was the case.
