    Yeah I'm still here, I can't afford to go anywhere. Must be something happening below the surface currently with the price moving up from the mid to high 50's to 65c. Would not be surprised to see some sort of good announcement pretty soon. Personally, I see upside not downside from here. New management team, new focus on costs & rationalisation of the property book. The days of Big Kev are behind us, we've taken our medicine as far as massive write downs are concerned, the resource sector is coming back so our mining services division should benefit. The new CEO is experienced & widely respected and presumably eager to put his stamp on the company so I'm confident that the upcoming results will surprise on the upside which should translate into increased dividend which should translate into re-rating via increased share price. One can only dream.

    One negative note is that a leading margin lender has cut their weighting from 50% to zero, hardly surprising but not a good sign.
