However as kastin said, interesting choice of words.

FWIW when I spoke to someone at the company some time back (2, 3 months ago), he commented that he thought that Shell would continue with the block after Palta, irrespective of the result, and not hand it back to OXX. It was just an off the cuff remark. He didn't elaborate, but it did cross my mind that perhaps there were other targets in that block or those blocks that Shell were interested in.
Be interesting to see what Shell do from here.
