I expect the takeover will come from an overseas company that knows the financial structure, government contracts and forcast incomes of ETC.

Maybe from 1 of 5 companies that tender on the malaysian drivers license deal and lost. One of these companies was from Australia and the other from Singapore.

These 5 companies need ETC techn to succeed in the furture and compete with the US banking market with a Level 3 smart card
