hmmm.... Not sure about the takeover bids right now. Company is still quite small and it is flying under the radar right now. Once you see more institutional support in the stock, you might get some interest. Management has obviously done a presentation to instos. a couple of weeks ago which was well received.

I wouldn't be placing any takeover price levels right now and if I were a betting man (which I am not), I would not be expecting a takeover bid in the short term. We'll need to see constant cashflow from their existing contracts before any potential bidder can take comfort in bidding.

Fundamentals are right for ETC, and if they are able to deliver on their projections and expectations, it should do well on its own.
