when the market discounts a company's 'fundementals',and does so for a long time,you can call that a management discount.
in the past,good projects do not seem to remove management discounts. the market only really removes this discount under one circumstance.
how is that for not doing anything except stating a reasonable reason for people not buying the stock?.
