BDR Directors are not buying shares. Have a read BDR annual report, BDR Management has the right to issue Directors/MD BDR Shares rather paying them Full Salary. Part of Salary is paid cash and part in Shares. It is pretty common in lots of company.

.. Basically BDR Directors are not paying even a single cent to buy those Shares. Rather receiving Full Salary they are receiving Shares. Rule to issue shares rather full salary was passed by BDR and is listed in one of their Annual Report
