Roujuzi - Does really depend so you might get a few different inputs on this. LEG are almost redirecting the company after selling off Cameroon, so they have lots of money and have to decide on where to invest over the next few years. In this case it's not bad news as they probably should take their time and make sure they use the money wisely. As for the survey bad weather has help up the results, IMO LEG should have lets us know if they knew of another significant delay (which there has been, over 30 day delay to the 30 day delay lol) but that's debatable. I'm leaning towards whoever posted that they'll prob tie the survey result ann into some info on and acquisition of some kind.
