Jamwolf. All makes sense and I agree with your sentiments. The thing to keep in mind is that a lot has changed since the AGM. Having said that I have no doubt they will have a capacity to pay a dividend but in this market and environment I would not beat them up for keepimg the cash as a buffer. Let's face it the current market despises CR's.
