I must be having a bad hair day because I agree with most of what you say. Mostly we have all been sayng the same thing but indispersed with some of the reasons why we expect so much from the company ala olympian's morale boosting posts. Don't take olympian's posts the wrong way. I don't have a problem with olympian reminding us why we are here because it also reminds us why we aren't happy with management at the same time.

The previous management nearly sent us broke. The current management are not being very professional but it is early days to start talking about voting them off and unfortunately they have ALL the numbers on their side so that wouldn't be posible anyway.

I say that we all cross our fingers and hope they don't like losing their own money and that in the near term they get professional about it all. At least they do have their own money in this. The previous management didn't!

It wouldn't hurt in the meantime for any or all of us to let them know that they aren't performing much better than the ones they got rid of in the bloodless coup.

The next month is crucial in my opinion but all we can do is wait and hope.
